General Terms and Conditions
By purchasing from this Website, you acknowledge and accept these terms
and conditions. SS Graphics, Inc., the owner of this store, reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any
time. We reserve the right to reject any order.
SignOutfitters.com Wholesale Dealer program may be terminated at any
time without prior written notification. Our wholesale dealer program is only available to resellers of signs and sign
related products. End-users will not be accepted to this program. Proof of sign and related products resale activity
may be required.
Payment Terms and Shipping
We gladly accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit
cards. All products will ship after payment has been approved. We ship most products via UPS. Shipping charges
may be adjusted at time of shipment. We only ship to the contiguous 48 states and Hawaii and Alaska.
Cancellation Charge
$45.00 if an order is cancelled after artwork has been prepared. Once an order has been printed, it can not be
cancelled.
Pricing
Intermediate Quantities - To price quantities between the standard quantities shown use the unit rate for the next lower
quantity. For example, 200 units price at the 125 unit rate; 400 units price at the 250 unit rate, etc.
Production Time
Production time begins after receipt of artwork approval. Changes made to an order in progress may result in a
later ship date.
Expedited Service - An extra charge may be required to expedite an order to ship in less than normal production time.
Contact Customer Service each time ths service is needed to discuss customer requirements and our ability to meet them given
current production conditions.
Repeat Orders
Identify repeat orders with the previous order number and the year it was produced. Orders are retained on file
for three years. A sample will be needed for repeat orders more than three years old.
Refunds, Returns, and Prices
SS Graphics, Inc. must authorize the return of any merchandise. Returnable
merchandise may subject to a restocking fee. All items to be returned require a Return Authorization Number(RA).
All items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging. Please speak to one of our customer Service Representatives
prior to making any return. Custom Signs and Imprinted Items are non-refundable. Prices and specifications on
our website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographic errors. Frieght/shipping
charges will be added to all orders. Common Carrier/Motor Freight Shipments are subject to crating/boxing charges.
Cancelled orders may be subject to a cancellation charge. The design and contents of this website are copyrighted.
Ordinances/Disclaimers
SS Graphics, Inc. is not responsible for your subdivision, township, city
or state ordinances governing disclaimers, sign size, art and/or usage. Also, state laws vary with regard to notices
which must be printed and identification of those resposibilities for the purchasing, publishing or distribution of political
advertising. Be sure all art submitted meet these requirements. Check you city codes before purchasing products.
Custom products are not returnable. Some non-custom products may not be returnable or may be subject to a restock charge.
Political Campaign Products
It is your responsibility to find out the requirements for the disclaimer
clause and give this information to your screen printer. Disclaimers vary from local to local. State and federal
laws vary with regard to notices which must be printed and identification of those responsible for purchasing, publishing,
or distributing political advertising. The exact wording, location, and required size are dictated by the election board
governing your campaign.
Quantity Shipping/Manufacturing Tolerance
Orders are subject to a +/- 10% finished quantity tolerance and will be
billed accordingly.
Seller's Limited Liability
In no event shall SS Graphics, Inc be liable for consequential, special,
incidental, punitive or contigent damages of any nature. In no event shall SS Graphics, Inc. be liable for any interruption
of operations, loss of anticipated profits, or injury to business or reputation. The seller's liability is limited to
the purchase price.
Colors
Colors are currently limited to our standard color choices (view product
for more information) Colors are also limited to two spot colors per product.
