Artwork Requirements

We do not charge approved dealers any artwork charges.

This is a profit opportunity for you. We suggest that you charge a minimum of $25.00 any artwork you do for your customers. This is profit for you above and beyond what ever you decide to mark-up your wholesale prices. However, if you are unable to meet our artwork requirements a charge may apply. If you are not certain that your artwork meets our artwork requirements, please email us a copy for review, (just write a brief email with your requirements and attach your artwork file for review)

Accepted Programs:

Adobe Illustrator - CS or newer - Save as Adobe Illus. CS - Convert text to outlines.
FreeHand - 10.0 or newer - Convert text to paths
CorelDRAW - 12.0 or newer - Export file as .ai - Keep colors as spot - Send all support files - Export text as curves
InDesign - CS or higher
FlexiSign

Fonts:

Do not send PC fonts. Convert text to paths, curves or outlines (vector art). List all font names.

Supported Files:

EPS - Illustrator: Save as Illustrator EPS. FreeHand: Save as editable EPS. Quark Xpress: Save page as EPS.
PDF - File must contain vector art, high resolution (300 dpi) grayscale images at finished imprint size for halftones, and postscript fonts.

Accepted File Storage:

PC formatted - 3.5" Diskettes, CD ROM, DVD.

Colors:

Limited to spot colors, no PMS matching or custom colors.

Other Requirements:

Bumper Stickers, Lapel Stickers -Keep art 1/8" from the edge or continue past the edge 1/8" if the imprint will bleed.
Yard Signs -Keep art 1/2" from the edge. No Full Bleeds.

Helpful Tips:

We accept email art attachments. Please identify the distributor name, purchase order number, file type, and number of files. If art is sent for a quote also include the material, size, quantity, colors and number of colors.
